Heather Mills was photographed wearing a hideous red-white-&-khaki ensemble while giving the thumbs up at a London courthouse this week. Outfits aside, the former model, reality star and charity advocate is in good shape after being awarded $48.6 million in cash and assets in yesterday's divorce settlement from Beatle icon Paul McCartney.

But although the divorcee told the media she was "very, very pleased" with the court-ruling, the settlement is only a 5th of what she initially requested, and a small portion of McCartney's $800 million worth.

Heather cited vacations and acting as Paul's "psychologist" as reasons for needing additional compensation. She was also displeased with the figure allotted for the former couple's daughter - saying, "[Beatrice] is obviously meant to travel B class while her father travels A class." Ouch!

The case's judge, however, was less than sympathetic to Heather's pleas and has outspokenly criticized Heather for giving "unreliable" evidence, indulging in "make-belief", and giving testimony that was "not just inconsistent and inaccurate but also less than candid." Um ... isn't that called perjury?!?

No wonder Heather didn't want details of the case made public! Gimp jokes and paparazzi attacks were nothing compared to what the already-unpopular Brit will face now that the press has gotten wind of her possible perjury, high demands, and dumping water "baptism" of Paul McCartney's lawyer!

Heather is smart to be channeling the patriotic American colors - homegirl needs to move out of England before they crucify her!
