Just as his "Sex and the City" (1998) character, he also waited tables, though he claims he had never got as much attention as Smith does.
Although he appeared in Derek Zoolander: Male Model (1996) at the 1996 VH1 Fashion Awards (1996), and in Derek Zoolander University (1997) at the 1997 VH1 Fashion Awards (1997), he is nowhere to be seen in Zoolander (2001). However he was mentioned by Ben Stiller in Zoolander-related interviews.
Grew up in Los Alamitos and attended Los Alamitos High School.
Has two sisters Kate and Nicole; and an older brother Sean.
Lives with Rosario Dawson since November 2005
