Guy Ritchie has no plans to celebrate his upcoming 40th birthday - despite throwing a lavish party for wife Madonna just last month (Aug08).
The Snatch filmmaker will turn 40 on 10 September (08) but insists he has no intention of marking the milestone with a bash like the one he threw his pop star partner when she turned 50.
He says, "I don't have any plans. To be honest, I care less about this birthday than any others."
