Latino pop star MARC ANTHONY stunned fans during a show in Los Angeles on Friday night (19Oct07) when he dedicated a rendition of JOURNEY's FAITHFULLY to his wife Jennifer Lopez.

The couple are touring North America together for the first time and even Lopez seemed taken aback by her husband's romantic gesture.

But he left fans at the Staples Center puzzled about the meaning of the cover, after stating, "It's a real personal song... This song has a whole new significance."

If the song's lyrics suggested anything, it was yet another teaser from Anthony that Lopez is pregnant with the couple's first child.

He sang, "They say that the road ain't no place to start a family..."

Lopez followed her husband onstage, admitting, "This is such a special time."

Both Lopez and Anthony have refused to address rumours she's with child, despite photographs that show she has a bulging belly.

The couple's publicists have been denying the reports for the past month.
