Pop siblings NICK and AARON CARTER's family troubles continue - their sister BOBBIE JEAN is suing her mother and sister.
Bobbie Jean accuses mum JANE and sister LESLIE of taking her Cadillac Escalade SUV without her consent and then refusing to give it back.
In legal papers obtained by US news show CELEBRITY JUSTICE, Bobbie Jean accuses Leslie, who sang on the SHREK soundtrack, of "apparently forging" her signature and taking ownership of the Escalade.
It isn't the first time the family has been at war with each other - in 2003 Jane was accused of stealing from Aaron when she managed him.
