Veteran singer BRYAN FERRY stunned guests at a lavish bash party in France recently, because he had his lyrics printed on a board in front of him while he sang.

The ROXY MUSIC frontman sparked rumours his memory is failing him by squinting at the board throughout his performance in the winter sports resort of Chamonix.

A guest tells British newspaper the Daily Express, "He sang some of his classics - THE PRICE OF LOVE, SMOKE GETS IN YOUR EYES and STREET LIFE. The slightly embarrassing thing was that he had to have the words printed out on an idiot board in front of him in large size type.

"After all these years, can't he remember his greatest hits?"
